Up to 13 multi-family workforce rental housing units in the town of Apple Valley, CA

NPHS is currently planning to construct a new in-fill multi-family project that will consist of 13 single family homes with adequate parking and 2 common areas on one 35,000 sq ft lot to revitalize the community and create workforce housing in the Thunderbird neighborhood. These units will be stick-built homes, with four units (935 sq ft per unit) being 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; and nine units (530 sq ft per unit) being 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths.
