Empowering the Future: NPHS’ NextGen Homeownership Campaign
NPHS and its partners have kicked off the NextGen Homeownership Campaign, marking a transformative chapter in our commitment to building sustainable, inclusive communities throughout the Inland Valley. Building on the successes of previous initiatives, this year’s campaign is designed to empower a new generation of homebuyers, focusing on innovation, inclusivity, and long-term stability.
The NextGen Homeownership Campaign is not just about acquiring homes; it’s about redefining what homeownership means for young and diverse families in the Inland Empire. We aim to break down systemic barriers, provide comprehensive education, and create equitable opportunities for all aspiring homeowners, particularly those from historically marginalized communities.
This coordinated effort marks the seventh year NPHS has organized a joint cross-sector campaign to expand homeownership sustainability through its programs and services. Partners include financial institutions, health systems, local municipalities, and community-based organizations. The NextGen Homeownership Campaign is more than an initiative; it’s a movement towards a brighter, more inclusive future. We invite everyone to join us—whether you’re a prospective homebuyer, a community leader, or a partner organization. Together, we can pave the way for a new era of homeownership that is equitable, sustainable, and empowering for all.
Creating Sustainable Homeownership Through a Six-Point Framework
“The NextGen Homeownership Campaign is designed to give historically underserved homebuyers and homeowners the necessary tools to obtain and sustain homeownership,” says Jesse Ibarra, NPHS Chief Business Officer.
“We want people to know there are resources out there to help them become successful homeowners while creating intergenerational wealth for their families,” stated Ibarra.
