NPHS’ Campaign for Resilient Homeownership
NPHS has launched its 2025 Campaign for Resilient Homeownership, a bold initiative to strengthen community resilience by expanding access to affordable homeownership opportunities across the Inland Empire. Fueled by $3 million in down payment and closing cost assistance, this campaign aims to help families achieve and sustain homeownership while fostering economic stability, generational wealth, and resilient housing solutions that strengthen homes against wildfire challenges, ensuring communities can thrive.
NPHS recognizes that homeownership is a cornerstone of community resilience, providing families with financial security and a foundation for long-term prosperity. Through this campaign, NPHS is deepening its commitment to ensuring homeownership remains attainable for low- and moderate-income families, particularly in underserved communities.
“Our 2025 Campaign for Resilient Homeownership is about more than just buying homes—it’s about building resilient communities by equipping families with the resources they need to withstand economic uncertainties,” said Clemente Mojica, President and CEO of NPHS. “By offering affordable financing, innovative housing solutions, and homebuyer education, we are not only expanding homeownership but also reinforcing community strength and stability.”
