NPHS Special Initiatives
NPHS is committed to identifying and developing innovative solutions to complex community development problems. Our special initiatives include projects that are longer in scope, and offer broader comprehensive strategies. Currently, NPHS manages three initiatives that transcend communities, while having a core focus on people, places and programs: the place-based Sustainable Communities Catalyst Project; the Community Investment Trust that leverages public, private and non-profit resources; and Social Impact Investments that attracts private investment to support social enterprises.
