This property will be made available through NPHS’ Land Trust and will be offered to a first-time homebuyer at a discounted price. NPHS created this Community Land Trust as part of a holistic framework to develop, preserve and protect affordable homeownership opportunities in neighborhoods throughout the Inland Valley. This framework is comprised of three Social Instrument’s that are interconnected and work together to successfully create and preserve affordable homeownership while creating equity and wealth in low-income communities and households.
