Program Details
The PASOS Workforce Development Program is a sponsored, no-cost educational program designed to introduce participants to careers in the housing industry, including factory-built housing jobs. In addition, the program aims to provide resources in financial literacy, career advancement, and homebuyer education, ensuring participants are equipped for the future. No experience is required to participate. This program is made possible by a generous grant from UnidosUS.

Participants will:
- Learn about different careers in housing, including factory-built construction
- Hear directly from industry professionals and guest speakers
- Gain insight into home development, industry skills and opportunities, and contractor licensing
- Receive HUD-certified homebuyer education and financial resources
- Connect and network with employers and industry leaders
