All recipients must be eligible first-time homebuyers who haven’t owned a home in the last 3 years.

  • Assistance is a deferred 0% loan for 30 years. No payments will be required during this period.
  • HUD-Approved homebuyer education and counseling course required for all recipients.
  • For homebuyer 80% or below the area median income (AMI).
  • Homebuyer that are 120% AMI or higher must purchase in a low-to-moderate income census tract.
