Mobile Home Repair and Replacement Loan Program
Forgivable Loans up to $150,000 Available
Available to San Bernardino County residents in qualifying opportunity zones only. NPHS is offering owner occupied repair and manufactured home repair and replacements to residents living in mobile homes parks in San Bernardino County. The Home Improvement Loan Program is a 20-year forgivable loan and is applicable to units in mobile home parks and not on a permanent foundation.
Program Highlights
- Must be located in an eligible area in San Bernardino County
- 20-year forgivable loan
- 10% of principle amount forgiven annually after year 10
- Up to $50,000 available for manufactured home repairs
- Up to $150,000 available for manufactured home replacement
- Unit must be equal or less size than replaced unit
- Unit must be located in a park no a non-permanent foundation
