Furthering Equitable Homeownership

On April 20, 2023, NPHS hosted its Annual Realtor Homeownership Summit in Rancho Cucamonga. Sponsored by Chase, the event featured speakers from the California Association of Realtors, Freddie Mac, CJ Patrick Company, and NPHS homeownership counselors. In a packed hall of more than 150 realtors and community leaders, participants were informed about the current state of the housing market and some of the strategies being deployed to help underserved homebuyers achieve and sustain homeownership.
