  • Maximum Sales Price for Single Family Residence: $551,000

  • Maximum Sales Price for town home/condominium: $494,000

  • Maximum Sales Price for a new manufactured home on permanent foundation: $322,500

To Qualify: Must meet the Riverside County Income Limits and be a First-Time Homebuyer
