Furthering Equitable Homeownership

On March 10, 2022, NPHS hosted its Annual Homeownership Summit in Rancho Cucamonga. Sponsored by U.S. Bank, the event featured speakers from the California Association of Realtors, Freddie Mac, CalHFA, CHENOA, Golden State Finance, and NPHS homeownership counselors. In a packed hall of more than 150 realtors, lenders, and community leaders, participants were informed about the current state of the housing market and some of the strategies being deployed to help underserved homebuyers achieve and sustain homeownership.
