NPHS Launches Manufactured Housing Done Right Campaign NPHS and the City of Chino partnered to create three new homeownership opportunities for working families through an infill manufactured housing development. On August 22, 2017 nonprofit leaders, elected officials, and corporate partners celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Villa del Sol, a three-unit revitalization project and infill development for low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers. Partnership Provides Home Repair Loans to Qualified Home Owners NPHS is partnering with the City of San Bernardino to administer the Owner-Occupied Residential Rehabilitation Loan Program to create safe and healthy homes for qualified homeowners. The home rehabilitation program is a forgivable second mortgage loan designed to assist income-eligible San Bernardino homeowners improve the living conditions of their homes to meet the City’s health and safety code requirements and extend the lives of their homes. NPHS Partners with County of Riverside to Provide Home Repair Grants for Seniors
Improving the Quality of Life and Safety for Senior Homeowners NPHS and the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside are working together to improve the quality of life and safety for Senior Homeowners. In partnership with the Housing Authority of the County of Riverside, the grant program offers up to $25,000 to assist qualified very low-income seniors or disabled homeowners with household incomes up to 50% of the Area Median Income. The home repair grants will assist the homeowners correct health and safety hazards in their homes
