Responding to COVID-19

The health and safety of our team and of our clients is of the utmost importance to us. NPHS is adjusting its operations. Our team will maintain regular business hours, but many of them will work remotely. We encourage you to connect with our team over the phone or by email as our office will be closed to the public. 

We will still be available to support you on your homebuying journey. We will still offer many of our essential services, but all of them will transition to telephone or online platforms. Read the important notes below to learn how your service with NPHS will temporarily change during this situation.

Effective immediately, all Homebuyer Education classes will moved to an online format until further notice. 

All in-person one-on-one counseling sessions will be phone appointments. Your counselor will call you at your scheduled time. Please make sure that you are able to receive calls coming from a blocked number.

We are still accepting applications for down payment assistance and all available home improvement programs.
