City of Victorville’s Owner Occupied Home Repair Loan

The Owner Occupied Home Repair Loan is designed to provide financing for home improvements to low-income homeowners in the City of Victorville. The program is available for owner-occupied single family homes.  The program is administered by Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (NPHS) on behalf of the City of Victorville.
