
Sunrise at Bogart Housing Development
This project is a new construction development totaling 23 apartment units. There are 22 apartment units for the homeless population and one manager’s unit. Onsite amenities will include a Resource Center that is approximately 3,300 square feet, and will provide critical supportive services for the residents.

In partnership with the City of Riverside and Many Mansions, NPHS will develop an existing vacant infill lot that is approximately 33,106 square feet.
Amenities
Sunrise Resource Center consisting of: Two caseworker offices, an employee restroom, public restroom, open space and tech training room for thirty occupants, kitchen and pantry, two leasing offices with reception area, cleaning room, storage rooms, onsite laundry facility, and additional landscaped common areas.
Sustainability
The housing development will utilize sustainable solar energy. Panels will be placed on each building to offset the energy costs and promote environmental sustainability. Solar energy will reduce the development’s carbon footprint and help protect the environment and reduce health problems by limiting greenhouse gas emissions.
