Our Current Listings
NPHS partners with local governments and financial institutions to help low and moderate income home buyers gain access to a wide array of newly renovated, affordable homes. Most of our homes are renovated to include energy-efficient features such as drought-tolerant landscaping, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, solar panels and energy-efficient doors, windows and appliances. These features reduce the long-term energy costs and provide a more affordable, healthier, and comfortable home for your family.

Do you qualify for the NPHS Opportunity Down Payment Loan Program?
The NPHS Opportunity Down Payment Loan provides up to $20,000 in the form of a low-interest loan for eligible households to be used towards down payment for the purchase of a home within the Inland Empire. The program is intended for low to moderate income first-time home buyers (120% AMI and below) who can afford monthly mortgage payments but do not have quite enough saved to pay the initial home purchase down payment and non-reoccurring closing costs to purchase a home. The loan program is deferred for the first 5 years with no payments or accrued interest, after which it becomes a 30 year fully amortized loan at a 3% interest rate. Additionally, borrowers can strategically use the program to potentially eliminate mortgage insurance. Funds are available on a first come, first served basis.
