We provide assistance to struggling homeowners with Freddie Mac-owned mortgages to help keep them in their homes, whenever possible. Free Upcoming Homebuyer Classes

NPHS’ Homebuyer Education workshops are designed for potential homebuyers who are serious about taking control of the home buying process and want to be prepared to make the right decisions. These free classes take the mystery out of the home buying process. A Certificate of Completion is provided upon attendance of the class. Since NPHS is a HUD-approved counseling agency, this certificate fulfills the education requirements for certain loan and assistance programs.
