Building Pathways to Generational Wealth

NPHS has launched its 2026 Campaign for Homeownership, a comprehensive initiative focused on expanding access to affordable homeownership opportunities throughout the Inland Empire. Backed by $5 million in down payment assistance, the campaign is designed to support families in achieving and sustaining homeownership while advancing economic mobility, generational wealth, and housing solutions that help communities better prepare for and respond to wildfire and climate-related challenges.

Homeownership plays a critical role in creating strong, stable communities, and NPHS continues to prioritize pathways that allow families to put down roots and build long-term financial security. Through the 2026 Campaign for Homeownership, NPHS is reinforcing its commitment to ensuring low- and moderate-income households—particularly those in historically underserved neighborhoods—can access the tools and resources needed to become successful homeowners.

“Homeownership is about more than a single transaction—it’s about long-term stability and opportunity,” said Clemente Mojica, President and CEO of NPHS. “With the 2026 Campaign for Homeownership, we are investing in families by providing affordable financing options, practical education, and innovative housing strategies that help communities remain strong in the face of economic and environmental challenges.”
