Southern California — January 9, 2026 — Homes & Hope, a mission-driven for-profit affordable housing developer, today announced that Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services (NPHS)—a nationally recognized, 36-year-old community development organization and certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI)—has joined the Homes & Hope platform as an equity partner.
NPHS joins McCarthy Companies—an industry-leading multifamily developer and builder celebrating its 45th anniversary—in advancing the Homes & Hope platform, an innovative and vertically integrated affordable housing model that combines Homes & Hope’s proven development expertise, McCarthy’s construction excellence, and now NPHS’ nonprofit mission and social enterprise ecosystem. Together, the organizations are introducing a scalable, mission-aligned delivery system that integrates nonprofit mission, development expertise, and construction management to meet the urgency of California’s housing crisis with greater efficiency, accountability, and community benefit.
